ACA Compliance Tool

The ACA module will generate the IRS-required 1094-C and 1095-C forms. The outputs that will be included on these forms can be viewed in the 1094-C and 1095-C tabs in the ACA tool. The appropriate IRS codes will be identified and displayed and can be exported.

The values calculated are based on plan eligibilities determined in the system, when coverage was offered based on new hire or variable hour measurement periods, plan costs, and employee compensation data entered into our ACA tool.
